About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Roof Tiling Supervisor to oversee roofing works on our new build housing contracts. You’ll also be responsible for supervising rooftop solar PV installations and ensuring NHBC compliance on all roofing elements.
You’ll lead from the front, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and coordination across multiple sites, and will work closely with both our roofing and renewables teams.

Requirements
Proven experience in roof tiling on new build housing developments
Supervisory experience and ability to manage roofing squads effectively
Experience working to NHBC standards is essential
Experience or willingness to oversee solar PV rooftop installations
Solid understanding of construction site health & safety
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to read and interpret roofing drawings and specifications
